Return Policy

At Jeff By Jeff, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each item is made with care and inspected before leaving our facility. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days (one week) of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at office@jsmaclachlan.com within this period, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Eligibility for Return

• Shipping Damage:
  If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once the damage is verified, we will accept the return and process a refund or replacement at our discretion.
  
  

• Buyer-Caused Damage:
  Products that are damaged, altered, installed, or otherwise modified by the buyer are not eligible for return or refund.
  
  

• Proof of Purchase:
  A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  
  

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
